For our 10s of readers (family, friends, people we contacted a year ago saying it would only be three more months) we’re thrilled to share that our Preview build (MVP) is complete. It’s certainly minimal. It’s certainly viable. And, a product.
Users can manage the recruiting process end-to-end and in certainly areas create some remarkable materials fairly quickly. Our team is thrilled to have met this milestone because we’re now moving into our next build – Alpha and starting to work with HR professionals to get UX and feature feedback.
Alpha build will ‘finish’ the product. Honestly, the MVP is pretty robust so this build will polish the job requisition flows, refine the preparation to assess (read: how many interviews, what type of questions, what questions are we going to have) and finally the assessment process. This plus ensuring a superb offer tracking and materials build.
We’re about 15% through alpha with some really nice updates to creating job descriptions (we just released the base feature of adding your existing job descriptions to the system). Currently, we’re in a two-release cycle, which will add some substantive enhancements to the job requisition options.
